After reading Trent's trip report "A Critter in the Park" (and since all the trails were too muddy to ride) I wanted to ride this park. I am not the story teller like Trent, so I will just keep it simple.
I met up with three other riders who wanted to get some riding in. The park has a paved loop about 12 to 13 miles long with shorter loop options. We rode the entire lenght and, let me tell you, it was quite a workout. There is a lot more climbing than I thought there would be, but that meant we had some good hills to bomb down! The park is pretty and has some great views of Nashville (see picture).
This ride was a great workout. I recommend it when the trails are too muddy to ride.
