Lock Four Mountain Bike Trail

I went and road Lock 4, which is a really sweet mountain bike trail here in the Nashville area. It mixes rolling singletrack with some tight and high jumps and twists. The trail is on a lakeshore so you are popping out near the lake from time to time. I definately highly reccomend it if you get the chance to ride there.
Directions:
Take I-65 to Vietnam Vet Blvd. Take the Gallatin exit and turn right on to Lock 4 Road. This road is at the 4th light after Volunteer State Community College.
