Chattanooga Choo Choo

Chattanooga , TN
posted by Lynn

We spent the weekend in Chattanooga to see all the tourist places. We started Friday by going to the Tennesse Aquarium. It was really impressive, especially in how all the levels were laid out. After that, we walked to Warehouse Row aka deserted row.
Once a booming outlet mall, this place had maybe 5 stores still open and at least 2 of them were having "going out of business" sales.

Saturday, we went to see the Chattanooga Choo Choo. This place was as deserted as Warehouse Row. I'm hoping it was because of the weather or the time of the year.

Next, we drove up to Rock City. I've been there once before when I was little. I've been told that I cried when going through all the dark places. Those didn't bother me, but I did feel like crying when we walked across the swinging bridge. I just don't enjoy depending on some cable and some wood to keep me from falling onto the huge rocks below.

Then, we toured Ruby Falls. That's pretty cool to hear the story of how it was discovered and see the different rock formations. And of course the waterfall is amazing. The fact that they don't know where the water comes from blows my mind.

I asked for one but Nemo said he didn't have time for autographs.

I can't believe you met Nemo and didn't get an autograph.
