King fishing can go to your head....
but can you be blamed when you haul a 45 lb king salmon into the boat?
We fished until we were exhausted yesterday. Had about 28 kings on... too bad the limit's two a day. But it's not hard to pick out a 45 lb-er to keep.
What a gorgeous day! It's been nearly 80 degrees here - long time since I was in weather this warm. Shorts on, sandals and my boss says - who wants to go fishing. On the road by lunch and home by midnight.... still daylight. This is why I moved to Alaska.
That and the 'Flintstone salmon steaks'... I'm going to have to get a new grill.
