About Me On weekends I can be found outdoors starting with the Saturday morning Club road bike ride, followed by shirtless afternoons outside around the house. My car gets washed frequently. I finish the weekend with a long run just before going to church in the evening. Races interupt this routine. And those races include triathlons, both road and off-road, MTB races, Cyclocross races, road and trail run races. I assist with conducting 10 races and am a founder and co-director of the Jailbreak Triathlon, a canoe/mtb/trail run race. I am a believer that many need racing events to encourage exercise goals. It is rewarding hearing about those who make my race their reason for getting into shape.
