About Me
These days, I spend most of my outdoor time bicycling, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. I'm not really looking to expand my repertoire much beyond this, having already tried almost everything on the checklist (with the notable exception of jumping out of airplanes).
Most of my water experience comes from summer jobs as a canoe and kayak instructor years ago, and a few of the items, like rappelling, I credit to a stint in the armed forces. Anything other than the Big Four that I've listed here are things that I've done a lot of, but in the past.
Most of my outdoor experience is in North America - mainly Ohio, Ontario, Arizona, Alaska, and Florida.
