About Me
Well, I live in Bowling Green, KY, which is about an hour north of Nashville. I used to teach at WKU and other colleges (mostly as a 3/4 time adjunct), however I went back into my former career in the KY Department of Corrections for full time employment, insurance, and retirement stuff.
I enjoy paddling my canoe and kayaks, flyfishing, hiking and camping, our RV and photography. I used to be into caving and rappelling, scuba diving and caving back in my younger, thinner days. I also enjoy tinkering around the kitchen and yard. I also have a GPS and am trying to get into geocaching.
Local places of interest include Mammoth Cave NP, Land Between the Lakes, Big South Fork and Ky/Tn in general. I love the Smoky Mountains. My webpage in progress is myspace.com/outdoorzdude.
