About Me
Just a pure outdoorsy girl originally from PA, who has lived in Alaska, but currently lives/works in Maine...I hope to get back to Alaska soon, but until then - I'm spending my time here in Maine just being outside and making the most of it. I love hiking/backpacking, rock climbing (which I just got into in spring of '07), kayaking, mountain biking, and traveling.
Winter is my favorite season, so naturally one of my favorite things ever is skiing. I've been skiing since I was 13, and then taught myself to snowboard when I was 16. I've recently gotten into snowshoeing, too...so that's been fun up here. What can I say? I just love snow.  My big time goal is to someday learn to ice climb, and then eventually do some mountaineering, but that's down the road a ways yet, hehe.
Simply put: mountains make me happy - so if you share any of the same loves as I do, I'd love to hear from you! (Especially you outdoorzzyyy folks here in Maine!)
