About Me
I love it all! I'm addicted to the outdoors.
i graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a psych degree (social psych minor)I had planned to go to school for physical therapy, but recently decided i would rather get into Environmental Management/Conservation, eventually getting into law. I just started grad school at Central Connecticut State University...

There's A race of men that don't fit in,
A race that can't stay still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin,
And they roam the world at will.
They range the field and they rove the flood,
And they climb the mountain's crest;
Theirs is the curse of the gypsy blood,
And they don't know how to rest.

When I was in Alaska we were only able to do small day trips because I was working while I was there. WE hiked a little around Denali, Independence Mine Area, and Portage. I loved it while I was up there, it is very addictive.

Yea i know exactly how you feel but they have helmets for that. lol but i like touring kayaks cuz you can pack a lot of gear in them and go camping, thats a little hard with the smaller and open face kayaks. But I'm ready to take mine down some small white water, But my smallest kayak is 16 feet long so it might not do so well but prolly the same as a canoe

when were you at Havasu? You're right, it is most beautiful! I got to spend a good deal of time guiding down there early this year. Such a sweet place to hang a hammock!
