Hola Gonz! Things are a bit desperate over here in the 'Shire, it's supposed to be winter and we've just had bagfuls of rain, and not one proper freeze! I'm hoping we get some proper cold going soon so it doesn't just feel like we're living at the bottom of a lake.
How's KY?...and are Kentuckians aware of the "jelly" product bearing a similar abbreviation?

So what does a sous chef actually do? Is that the cooks that make a very very small meal, make it look extravagent, then sell it for mad amounts of cash?

well right now its not, its sunny and around 45...but man the last couple days have been awful...however, last weekend it got up to about 65. I was able to get some hiking and climbing in.:)

Haha yeah, a little (at least since I was a kid, too). Then again... anywhere, compared to Caribou, ME, is a bit of a thaw. :-P

I'm definitely hoping to get down there this year, but it's still too early in the year for me to see what will be. My next "project" is to get a dependable vehicle, and then the sky's the limit!
