About Me

I love love love love being outside! Just being outside is sometimes enough for me. I go to Auburn University (war eagle!) and absolutely love it. Although I really do miss my family and my dog!
I've lived in NC and OH, and North Carolina is by far, my favorite.
I like hiking around and taking pictures and spending time with friends.
I'm coaching the Special Olympics right now, and that has been one of the most rewarding experiences!
For anything else, just ask!

  Cooking isn't that hard. :)
Here's a tip, it may sound stupid, but it's true...just try turning the temp down, you don't have to cook on High all the time.
In fact, there's only a 2 or 3 cooking methods that involve cooking on High, Sautee'ing isn't even that hot.

Ha. Nah, I'll cook for peeps, But I hear 'So you gonna cook dinner or what?' all the time when people find out I'm a Chef.
But I always cook when me and my friends are climbing.

Traveling while you are in school is by far the cheapest way to go. Spain would be awesome, good luck with that.

18 is great. I plan on hopefully taking a train ride across the us sometime soon and that should knock out a few more while taking in some great landscape.

thanks, I got really lucky because the weather was great for the whole week I was there and the clouds moved over the mountains about 20 minutes after that picture.
