Gasper River @ Flood Stage

Today is 3/19/08 and the Gasper River is at flood stage (as is every other river in the ohio valley.

Anywho, Southern Kentuckians dust your paddling jackets off because when this mess of chocolate milk and branches settles down in a few days we'll have some awesome whitewater. Just in time for the ether bunny!

PS - I uploaded a picture that Charlie took of the Gasper today, check the pictures section of this Group page out.

PSS - nobody has commented on the potential GF8 dates. We'll send an email out soon asking for your input as well.

wade and i did the gasper on friday 3-21 and it was wild! 2 foot waves in some places.
