Add this little toy to your ipod nano, and tack the sensor onto your shoe, and suddenly your ipod keeps track of your running pace and your mileage. The coolest part for me is that every time you plug your ipod back into your computer, all of your running information is sent to the nike running website. It will instantly let you know how often you're running, how fast you're running, where you're running and how many calories you're burning. If anything can get me off the couch, it's the apple/nike ipod adapter. And at $30, why not? (you do NOT have to buy the Nike shoes. A tiny piece of velcro under your shoestrings works just fine.)
