I love the bike compared to my old Trek 7000, which i think was a 1998 model. Today was the first time I've been able to get out and ride the new bike after purchasing it over a month ago. I headed up to Barren River State Park to ride the paved bike trail just to get some milage in and give the bike a test ride. Everything was sweet about bike except for the last 300 feet heading towards the parking lot. I was peddling up a hill and i was out of the saddle when the chain broke. The force of peddling just about threw me over the bars when the chain broke. Now I have to buy a new chain and nurse my wrist after twisting it off....  More comments on the bike once it's repaired and after a trail ride or two. ** update ** Dropped the bike of at Nat's today and Willy had it fixed within 15 minutes and adjusted everything. He noticed some cable stretch. Comments
