This is a great Kayak for just playing around at the beach. It is easy to carry(only 40 lbs) and can stay in the surf or coast up and down the beach. It is very attractive which never hurts!(I love the blue) It has a waterproof cabin for anything of medium size that you might want to put in there. It has comfy molded footrests. It also has side and front rubber carriers, straps for straping down things like your waterbottle, It even ahs room for a small cooler. This is a tough kayak with many uses. Very very fun! The only problem that I have with it is getting all of the water out. Even though it has a drain in the nose you really have to lift to get all the water out, but this doesn't have any major effect while you are paddling, and the self draining system is totally competent. Fun to ride in on waves. |
