Two stars are for very easy attachment to bike and looks. That is about it really. It moves around, gets crooked, bounces, slides down and rubs the tire (and I tigtened it as much as humanly possible). Looks like I'm gonna have to zip tie it to the rear rack. Oh well, it looks cool while in the bike rack.
