If you have ever run in the Brooks Adrenaline you know that its basically a very good road running shoe. Brooks also makes another version of this perennial favorite, the Adrenaline ASR (All Season Running). I went with this shoe because I have a tendency to leave the road first gravel or dirt path I see. These shoes are slightly more bulky than road runners and much more sturdy, but they still are very fit for the road. I will recommend that if you hit the trails a lot, you should go with the Brooks Cascadia. The Cascadia is somewhat tougher and even more comfortable. Having said that, overall this is a very good hybrid shoe.
