Good Fuel Bottle. I like Nalgenes products overall. The only flaw I can possibly see is that it is plastic, and could…. With a heckuva lot of weight on it, maybe leak? Never happened to me so far after 5 years of backpacking.

I think it would be fine. I have had mine out for winter camping, but the temps were probably no lower than 20. It is made of a lexan type material, but more like the old nalgenes, slightly more flexible the new nalgenes. It seems like alot of the companies manufacturing these now have moved to aluminum bottles, so I'm not sure how easy this one will be to find. It works well for me though.

Wade - any idea how this would hold up in deep freeze conditions, like in the Adirondacks? I'd be afraid it would get brittle and crack...
