The BC 1106 bike computer uses a magnet attached to a spoke and a sensor on a cord to calculate your current speed, average speed, and top speed. It also figures your trip distance and riding time. There is an option that allows you to select a wheel size (mountain bike vs. road bike), and it can be set up for mph or kph. I haven't owned this item for more than a few months, so I can't yet say how well it will hold up or how long the battery will last. |
