I carried this mummy bag into the Tetons in late June. The Super Guide is rated at 30 degrees, but I think it is actually a 40 degree bag. While camping in the mountains, the night time lows were in the mid-30s. I wore all of my clothes and still wasn't what I consider warm. I am a very cold-natured person, though. This was my first time using the Super Guide 30 in colder weather. I do most of my camping in the warm season, so the lack of warmth isn't too big of a problem for me. Despite this, I still give it a 4/5 because it is so lightweight and packs small in its compression sack.
