Ok WKU, Flattop and WDew...it's time to start Monday trail running. Even though I haven't been able to run in 3 months, I am ready to trip on some roots, dodge jumping squirrels and what not. Are you in?

I get in 2 runs a week these days. Try to get in a 2-3 hour trail run on Sundays and then run from Seneca on Thursdays. So I guess I'm out on the Monday runs for a while. Right now I'm battling some sort of bird flu that the tiny person living with me lovingly passed along.

Let's go one step further. We could train on the trails for a race this spring or summer. I see a road trip with cabins and coolers full of adult beverages.
Your thoughts.............

Lets do it. You provide the adult beverages, and I'll be there to help dispose of them.

abenson I can tell you, he doesn't have anything in mind past the "adult beverages" part. Xterra would be cool, which ones you lookin at?

haha, I glanced at the schedule a while back and noted a couple in TN, but the best one sounded like the one on June 7th at Oak Mountain, outside of Birmingham.
Since this is on topic, the new store (The Trail Store) in Louisville on Herr Lane has a weekly trail run scheduled on Saturday mornings. They have an email list to remind people when and where. The best thing is that anyone who runs gets a 20 % discount at the store that day.
