Will do. Thanks.
OBTW just to get started. Frankfort has a very new (AND ONLY ONE) cycling shop. The owner is really trying to build a cycling culture in Frankfort. We have already had city legistlation passed to build a new bike trail, held 2 alley cat races in downtown since Thanksgiving and winter nightime mountain biking has developed on Thursday nights. It is really exciting.
Take Care

not to mention the elkhorn runs right threw the city!
any nice weekend you are bound to find quite the collection of paddlers floating down the 6 mile scenic run. Its the perfect beginner run, but has some stuff to keep the more advanced paddlers interested. And you can't beat the scenery or people to boat with. Check it out sometime.
anyway welcome to the site.
