It is that time of year when one starts thinking about gifts..
Any suggestions on a camera, digital SLR perhaps? I prefer Canon, but thats just me.

A good SLR that's not too pricey is the Nikon D40.

I like my Canon EOS 20D! Its been on the market for a few years now, so it should be a little cheaper than when I bought it. I have some pics posted my profile that I took with the camera - keep in mind I photoshopped a few of them!

Thanks for the help. I have decided on the 20D since it is my dads old one. Better free so I can get a trad rack for Christmas. Oh boy I cannot wait.
