As most of you who care, know. The mountain of Colorado have been rather dry. Well I'm glad to say the snow is coming. This weeks forecast is looking great. Can you say powder day. Thanksgiving is going to be the day to go so if you can find a way I will see you here. Also I will try and keep all of you updated for powder days. Lets pray they are plentiful and epic.

Thanks for the update. As most of us out East don't keep up with it and it's nice to know in case we run into some cheap airfare and can shoot out there.

Thanks for the updates...my Ladies daughter just burnt up a tank of fuel to get her board out early and head up to Loveland. They had to do a disappointed turn around after seeing the inadequate coverage there. No sense beating up the board trying to squeeze out a dry run. I was hiking up at Rocky Mountain National Park the other day. First hike after the ankle injury. YEAH, I can still hike!!! YEAAAAAH Cow Creek trail head on the north east edge and it was warm and dry. The Tops of Longs Peak, Mount Meeker and the Continental Divide were bare. We are about a month behind schedule now with temps and leaf fall and bear hibernation. Seventy five degrees yesterday here with snow in the forecast tomorrow. I'll believe it when I shovel it.

If you live in Colorado ( or near Heavenly CA), or plan on visiting CO, you need to run, not walk to this website. Fast! Unrestricted Season passes being sold, for an undefined / limited time, for $579! A day ticket at Vail costs $90+ dollars. you do the math.

Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, and A-Basin.

That is a sick deal. To bad I don't live close by.

one day I'll trade in my current winter sport-climbing, for something that involves snow.
