abenson raced on Saturday, but I chose not to race. I need more practice before I race the cx rig. There is a race in Louisville in Nov. that I plan on doing. I watched the race Saturday and Sunday, it was pretty awesome. The elite men and women are really fast.

I have a couple of pics, I'll try and post them. It is just hard for me to get excited and write a trip report when I don't do well. I had to race C class which is the equivalent of a beginner category. Either there were a lot of people sandbagging or I had a bad day. One thing different about cross is that in big races like this, you can't just sign up for any class and fight your way to the front of the starting line. You have to sign up for beginner unless you contact them with your stats and accomplishments as a racer. Then, they actually lined us up in numerical order with no more than eight riders in each row.

Who am I kidding, I probably won't do a trip report. I went, got a fat 28th place, then spectated. No t-shirt or goodie bag, but it was cool to see top pros in the ville battling it with locals.
