Going to Zion September 22-25 I plan on hiking the Narrows and Angels landing also plan on doing some trail running. Anyone been there? any sugestions?

Narrows is an amazing hike! Dry bags are a must (especially if you are taking a camera!)are you going to do the whole thing or just do part of it, or do all of it as a day hike?
also, angel's landing is pretty neat, too. i've been to zion twice in the last year because i loved it so much. if you have any questions just ask!
