Yeah, you either have to get up at 5:00 A.M., or hit the treadmill.

I'm signing us up for the jailbreak right now! I'm countin' on a September cool down.

I think we'll practice our canoe skills/teamwork tomorrow morning.

Great idea. It's a good race and you feel so "accomplished" afterwards.

So, what did you do this weekend? Oh, just a triathlon.
