hey endercore, tell us a little bit more about what's involved in the asbury race

you bet wade!

the 5th annual asbury college adventure race is being sponsored by Outdoorzy.com, and will take place on oct 20 in a small town outside of Lexington. Race is going to be run in teams of either two men, women, or one of each. It will cover mountain biking, canoeing, and trail running. The sections will be about 2-4 miles each. There may also be some teamwork elements in which you need to work together. Your entrance fee covers the canoe, and you might be able to rent a bike for an added fee. I'd recomond brining your own bike though. there will be cool prizes, free red bull and ale 8, and good competition. Were expecting between 30 and 40 teams this year. I'd say it's a pretty moderate race, with the winning team finishing around an hour and a half, and the last team coming in just under 3 hours.
