Anyone know good loop hike through the gorge of 15-20 miles? I'm trying to find something without too much out and back.

I know a couple of loops like that down there but your best bet would to go buy a book called "Kentucky's Land of the Arches". It gives every everything you want to know about ever hike down there.

Land of the Arches is a great book--I've borrowed it from a friend to read in the past, but it is really expensive online. Then, just this past Friday, I found a nice, clean copy in a used bookstore in Lexington, KY for $4.85!! I nearly jumped out of the aisle.
However, an excellent and more modern guide is the Red River Gorge Trail Guide by Jerrell Goodpaster (Lost Branch Productions). It appears to be self-published, but it is available at several central KY locations (Phillip Gall's, John's Run/Walk Shop). It is a quirky little book, but it is very detailed and includes appendices with elevation charts, etc. I don't think there's a better source for RRG hikers.
As for suggestions -- Rough Trail (#221) is around 8 1/2 miles, but you may have to string several trails together to get the kind of milage you're talking about.
