Just finished a weekend of rafting on the Penobscott River in Millinocket, ME. with the New England Outdoor Center(NEOC). Check out my profile for the trip report.
I would highly recommend the trip and the NEOC to anyone thinking about rafting in Maine. The only bummer was that June is Maine's black fly season and those buggers seem to be every where....remember the bug repellant!
